Organización Administrativa Para El Cobro De Dineros Por Concepto De Multas

Las administraciones distritales y municipales dispondrán de la estructura administrativa para el cobro y recaudo de dineros que por concepto de multas se causen.

Parágrafo

En caso de que el responsable del comportamiento contrario a la convivencia susceptible de multa, sea menor de dieciocho (18) años, la multa deberá ser pagada por quien detente la custodia o patria potestad.
