De todo despacho de encomiendas destinadas a la exportación, se formará un expediente, que constará: 1º De los manifiestos presentados a la oficina. 2º De las diligencias de reconocimiento, si las hubiere; y 3º De un estado en que clasificarán por artículos todas las encomiendas destinadas a un mismo despacho, con expresión del peso y estimación de cada artículo, y del lugar o lugares de su destino.
