Los funcionarios y empleados del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial tendrán derecho a viáticos y gastos de viaje cuando se ausenten del lugar de su sede en ejercicio de sus funciones, a virtud de comisión que le sea impartida mediante resolución del Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal, el Subdirector Seccional de Instrucción Criminal o del Asesor Seccional de Policía Judicial de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes sobre remuneración de viáticos y gastos de viaje.
