Cuando las cooperativas especializadas en educación y las multiactivas con planteles educativos previa inspección y comprobación por parte de la División de Promoción y Fomento de Planteles Cooperativos, no cumplan con los fines y objetivos para los cuales fueron creadas, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional procederá a retirar las plazas docentes asignadas.
