En los primeros cinco días de cada mes los secretarios de los juzgados deberán pasar a la secretaría del Tribunal Superior respectivo una lista de los procesos en los cuales haya quedado en firme el auto de proceder durante el mes inmediatamente anterior, indicando, el nombre y apellido de los enjuiciados, el delito o delitos que se les imputa y el lugar y fecha en que se llevaron a efecto los hechos.
