El período de los miembros no oficiales de la Junta Directiva, será de dos años contados desde el primero de mayo de 1947. Estos mismos miembros no oficiales deberán tomar posesión del cargo ante el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y copia de la respectiva diligencia será enviada al Instituto y a la Superintendencia Bancaria.
