Control fiscal. El control fiscal sobre los recursos del Fondo de Servicios Docentes se efectuará con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la Ley, los reglamentos y por las contralorías respectivas. Los responsables de la administración del Fondo responderán, por ello conforme a las normas vigentes en esta materia.
