Autórizase al Gobernador del Departamento del Atlántico para vender en licitación pública y con destino exclusivo al plan de electrificación de ese Departamento, el lote de terreno a que se refiere el Artículo 2° de la Ley 108 de 1940 , que el Departamento no haya utilizado en las obras a que se refiere este artículo.
