Las sumas que se recaude por servicios del Resguardo Nacional de aduanas conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, se llevarán a un fondo común que se llamará Fondo del Resguardo Nacional de Aduanas, y cuyo ingreso se distribuirá Sensualmente entre el personal de dicho Resguardo, proporcionalmente al sueldo devengado en el mes, excluyendo al Comandante del Resguardo o a quien haya hecho sus veces.
