El Auditor Será Un Empleado Permanente Del Instituto, Tendrá A Su Cargo La Inspección Y Vigilancia De Todos Los Actos Y Contratos Que El Instituto Nacional De Abastecimientos Celebre Y De Su Contabilidad, Y Deberá Vigilar Por El Estricto Cumplimiento, Por Parte De Los Diversos Organismos O Empleados De La Institución, De Las Leyes, Estatutos, Reglamentos Y Disposiciones De La Junta Directiva

El Auditor será un empleado permanente del Instituto, tendrá a su cargo la inspección y vigilancia de todos los actos y contratos que el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos celebre y de su contabilidad, y deberá vigilar por el estricto cumplimiento, por parte de los diversos organismos o empleados de la institución, de las leyes, estatutos, reglamentos y disposiciones de la Junta Directiva.

Parágrafo

La remuneración del Auditor será fijada por la Junta Directiva del Instituto, de acuerdo con el Banco de la República.
