Para los efectos del artículo 366 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, y sin perjuicio de los recursos ya interpuestos en ese momento, el interés para recurrir en casación será de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.00) por lo menos.
