Artículo veinticuatro . El control fiscal del Fondo Rotatorio Judicial", estará a cargo de un Auditor, designado por el Contralor General de la Nación, quien ejercerá sus funciones de acuerdo, con reglamento especial adecuado a la índole de la institución, que garantice la autonomía administrativa del personal directivo del Fondo y haga fácil y expedito su funcionamiento. Dicho reglamento será elaborado de común acuerdo por el Ministro de Justicia y el Contador General.
