Implementación del Control Interno. El Director General deberá adoptar las acciones necesarias para que en un término no superior a tres (3) meses contados a partir de la entrada en operación de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, se formalice e implemente el grupo de control interno que garantice el cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas en la Ley 87 de 1993 y demás disposiciones que la modifiquen, adicionen y reglamenten.
