Art. 14. El Juez de comercio de Panamá conocerá privativamente de los juicios que se dirijan á hacer efectivos los derechos ú obligaciones que tengan origen en el Código de Comercio, y cuya cuantía exceda de cincuenta pesos. Conocerán también de las tercerías que en tales juicios se inicien cualquiera que sea su origen o valor.
