Artículo segundo. La Superintendecia de Sociedades Anónimas sufragará los honorarios de los peritos que designe y reglamentará lo concerniente a su nombramiento y atribuciones, por medio de resoluciones que en cada caso serán sometidas a la aprobación del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias.
