ARTICULO 72. Concepto. El juez podrá conceder la libertad condicional al condenado a la pena de arresto mayor de tres años o a la de prisión que exceda de dos, cuando haya cumplido las dos terceras partes de la condena, siempre que su personalidad, su buena conducta en el establecimiento carcelario y sus antecedentes de todo orden, permitan suponer fundadamente su readaptación social.
