Los fondos de que trata el Artículo 1.° de esta Ley serán manejados por la Junta del Centenario que nombre el Consejo Municipal de Aranzazu, en la cual deberá incluirse un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y otro de la Contraloria General de la Republica, según lo dispuesto por la Ley 46 de 1946 .
