ARTICULO 245 . Notificación a los no recurrentes o no accionantes . Los no recurrentes o accionantes serán notificados personalmente del auto admisorio de la demanda; de no ser posible, se les notificará por estado. Si se tratare del absuelto, se le declarará ausente y se le designará defensor de oficio con quien se surtirá el recurso.
