En caso de flagrancia, la Policía Nacional y los cuerpos de Policía Judicial podrán ocupar los aeropuertos y pistas de aterrizaje de propiedad particular, que se usen para la comisión de algunas de las conductas descritas en este capítulo y su licencia de funcionamiento, se cancelará temporalmente.
