º Tarifa De Conexion Servicio Telefonico Basico Local

Decreto 189 de 1988 · Por el cual se reglamenta los Decreto-Leyes 3069 de 1968 y 149 de 1976 y se establece una estructura nacional de tarifas para el servicio de telefonía básica local y otros servicios especiales prestados a través de la red telefónica

º TARIFA DE CONEXION SERVICIO TELEFONICO BASICO LOCAL. El suscriptor residencial del servicio telefónico básico local pagará por la primera línea asignada una tarifa de conexión, cuyo valor dependerá del estrato socioeconómico en que se encuentre ubicado el inmueble. Por cada línea adicional se le podrá cobrar la tarifa de conexión establecida para el servicio no-residencial. El suscriptor no-residencial pagará por cada línea asignada una tarifa de conexión que será pendiente de la actividad desarrollada.

Parágrafo

La tarifa de conexión constituye un cobro no reembolsable y no incluye el valor del aparato telefónico el cual será cobrado a su costo por la Entidad en caso de suministrarlo.
