Art. 69. Cuando el buque viniere en lastre, se exijirá en lugar del sobordo la esposicion jurada del Capitan, i ademas será examinado el buque por dos empleados de la Aduana, sin cuyo requisito será prohibido comunicar con el puerto a todos los que se hallen a bordo.
