ARTICULO 28 . Límite a la pena aplicable en el concurso. La pena aplicable en el concurso no podrá ser superior a la suma aritmética de las que correspondan a los respectivos hechos punibles. Inc. 2o. Derogado. Ley 365 de 1997, Art. 26o. El inciso 2o. disponía: "Salvo en los casos contemplados en esta ley, la pena privativa de la libertad no podrá exceder de treinta (30) años".
