Sujeto activo. El arancel judicial se causa a favor del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, Dirección Ejecutiva de Administración Judicial, o quien haga sus veces, con destino al Fondo para la Modernización: Descongestión y Bienestar de la Administración de Justicia.
El arancel judicial constituirá un ingreso público a favor del Sector Jurisdiccional de la Rama Judicial.
