EI Jefe de Control de Accidentes y Salud Ocupacional del Ministerio de Salud, o su suplente. El Jefe de la División Nacional de Salud Ocupacional del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, o su suplente. Un representante del Instituto Nacional de Salud nombrado por el Director del mismo, o su suplente. El Jefe de la División de Trabajo y Seguridad Social del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su suplente. El Jefe de la División de Salud del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, o su suplente.
