El Contador Público no podrá prestar servicios profesionales como asesor, empleado contratista a personas naturales o jurídicas a quienes haya auditado o controlado en su carácter de funcionario público o de Revisor Fiscal. Esta prohibición se extiende por el término de un año contado a partir de la fecha de su retiro del cargo.
