El Gobierno procederá a llevar a cabo las obras de que trata la presente Ley, con los recursos que apropie el Congreso y con el producido de las ventas de los lotes urbanizados, de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 1°,con destinación exclusiva para este fin.
