Art. 14. Habrá dos centros de Inspección, una administrativa, en el Consejo de Estado; y otra judicial, en la Corte Suprema.

Los encargados de la Inspección y cualesquiera otros empleados administrativos ó judiciales á quienes se pidan datos por el Presidente del Consejo de Estado, ó por el de la Corte Suprema, respectivamente, estarán obligados á dar los informes del caso, verbales ó escritos, y en calidad de reservados.
