La vigencia de los permisos forestales será fijada de acuerdo con la clase de aprovechamiento solicitado, la naturaleza del recurso, la oferta disponible, la necesidad de establecer medidas para asegurar su rentabilidad, la cuantía y la clase de inversiones, sin exceder el plazo máximo y las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 55 del Decreto-ley 2811 de 1974.
