Los hijos del personal de educadores, directivo y administrativo del sector educativo estatal y los de los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas y de la Policía Nacional muertos en servicio activo, tendrán prioridad para el ingreso y estudio gratuito en los establecimientos educativos estatales de educación básica, media y superior.
