La Prima De Vacaciones A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 6º Del Decreto 390 De 1975, Se Pagará A Los Empleados Públicos Y Trabajadores Oficiales De Los Establecimientos Públicos Y De Las Empresas Industriales Y Comerciales Del Estado, Adscritos O Vinculados Al Ministerio De Defensa Nacional, En Las Condiciones Establecidas En El Mencionado Decreto

º. La Prima de Vacaciones a que se refiere el Artículo 6º del Decreto 390 de 1975, se pagará a los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales de los establecimientos públicos y de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, adscritos o vinculados al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, en las condiciones establecidas en el mencionado Decreto.

Parágrafo

No están obligados a pagar dicha prima, los organismos descentralizados que ya tengan establecido este beneficio o lo tengan con otra denominación.
