Reuniones. La Junta Directiva se reunirá en el Municipio de Santa Marta, en forma ordinaria una vez al mes y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por su Presidente, el Gerente o 3 de sus miembros por lo menos. De manera ocasional y previa comunicación escrita que indique el lugar, podrá reunirse en sitio diferente.

Parágrafo 1

Cuando por alguna circunstancia, el Presidente de la Junta Directiva o su delegado no pueden concurrir a la sesión de que se trata, esta será presidida por un Vice-Presidente elegido por la Junta, o en su Defecto por el miembro que esta escoja para la respectiva reunión.

Parágrafo 2

A las reuniones de la Junta Directiva podrán concurrir los funcionarios de la Zona Franca que la misma Junta y el Gerente determinen.
