° Los nombramientos provisionales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, no podrán exceder de cuatro (4) meses contados a partir de la fecha de la posesión; si vencido este término los empleados no han sido provistos mediante concurso, los nombrados cesarán en sus funciones.
