Los estudios en esta Facultad se harán de la manera siguiente: Primer año – Filosofía del Derecho, Derecho Público interno, Derecho Romano (primer curso), Derecho Civil (primer curso), Derecho canónico. Segundo año – Economía Política, Derecho Internacional Público e Historia Diplomática, Derecho Romano (segundo curso), Derecho Civil (segundo curso). Tercer año – Derecho Administrativo, Derecho Penal, Derecho Mercantil (terrestre y marítimo), Derecho Civil, (tercer curso). Cuarto año – Organización y procedimientos Judiciales, Derecho Internacional privado, Derecho Romano (tercer curso), Derecho Civil (cuarto curso). Quinto año – Legislación fiscal, Historia de la Hacienda nacional y Estadística, Pruebas Judiciales, Práctica forense y Recursos especiales de revisión y casación, Legislación de minas y Economía industrial, Historia general del Derecho y especial del Derecho colombiano.
