ARTICULO
13. RETIRO POR DECISIÓN DEL COMANDANTE DE LA FUERZA. En cualquier momento, por razones del servicio y en ejercicio de su facultad discrecional, el Comandante de la Fuerza podrá retirar del servicio a los soldados profesionales, a solicitud de los Comandantes de la Unidad Operativa respectiva.
