Art. 3.º Las secciones referidas podrán tener cada una como ausiliares, - en calidad de escribientes,-hasta dos de los guardas de la seccion del Resguardo nacional asignada por el Poder Ejecutivo para el servicio de correos, conforme al artículo 610 del i Código fiscal.
