ARTICULO 50 . La Resolución mediante la cual se falle, será notificada personalmente al interesado y contra ella procederán los recursos de reposición y apelación. El de reposición se interpondrá ante el funcionario que profirió el Acto Administrativo y el de apelación ante el Director General del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito. Estos recursos se interpondrán, tramitarán y decidirán conforme a las normas establecidas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo, o las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan. TITULO X. Medidas de seguridad.
