Elaboración del perfil sanitario. Corresponde a las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud en coordinación con el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), elaborar el perfil sanitario de la zona o territorio en la cual se comercialice leche cruda para consumo humano directo, de acuerdo a los lineamientos técnicos establecidos por el Ministerio de la Protección Social o la entidad que haga sus veces, en los términos y condiciones allí definidos.
