Artículo decimoquinto. Las personas jurídicas o naturales que se dediquen a elaborar o perfeccionar productos químicos, productos industriales o productos de consumo, al control ambiental, control de materias primas, productos en proceso, insumos y productos terminados de importación, de exportación o de consumo interno, prestar asesorías, realizar investigación destinada a establecer nuevos hechos y principios y adquirir nuevos y mejores conocimiento acerca de la naturaleza, composición y propiedades de las sustancias naturales o sintéticas, de conformidad con las áreas descritas por el artículo 2º de la Ley 53 de 1975, deberán contratar a profesionales químicos matriculados.
