En el desempeño de sus funciones, el Portero se limitará á manifestar á los alumnos los actos que deben ó no ejecutar ; pero no entrará en discusiones con éstos, ni los conminará con castigos. De la desatención de los alumnos á sus manifestaciones dará cuenta al Vicerrector; y las faltas de respeto hacia el Portero, serán consideradas tan graves como si fuesen inferidas á uno de los superiores.
