Art. 3.° Para los fines del artículo anterior, el Secretario de esta Corte legajará y conservará con la debida separación las respectivas documentaciones, y llevas ti los libros siguientes: un copiador de exhortos, otro de edictos, uno de registro para cada uno de los estados de asuntos ó cuentas á que se refieren los ordinales 4.°, 5.° y 6.°, uno referente á multas y otro áseguridades de responsables del Erario.
