º. Todo barco que navegue en los ríos de la Nación en prestación de servicios públicos de transporte y cuya patente arroje un capacidad de 250 toneladas o más, deberá estar provisto del primer Oficial de que tratan los artículos 1º y 2º de la Ley 43 del corriente año, y también los expresos de pasajeros aunque su capacidad sea inferior a 250 toneladas.
