ARTICULO VIGESIMOCUARTO. Los empleados de las Instituciones de Utilidad Común, Juntas de Beneficencia Síndicos, administradores de legados, herencias, etc., a cuyo cargo esté el manejo de bienes destinados al bién común, deben prestar caución para asegurar su manejo. Estas cauciones deben ser estudiadas y aprobadas por el Departamento de Asistencia Social, sin perjuicio de la ingerencia que en ello corresponde a la Contraloria General de la República.
