El Artículo 6º Del Decreto 2144 De 1978 Quedará Así: "en Caso De Que Prospere La Solicitud De Reposición De Que Trata El Parágrafo 1º Del Artículo 5º Del Mismo Decreto Y Consecuencialmente Se Ordenare La Libertad Del Incriminado O Incriminados O La Devolución De Vehículos O Medios De Transporte, Éstos Se Restituirán En El Estado En Que Se Encuentren

º. El artículo 6º del Decreto 2144 de 1978 quedará así: "En caso de que prospere la solicitud de reposición de que trata el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 5º del mismo Decreto y consecuencialmente se ordenare la libertad del incriminado o incriminados o la devolución de vehículos o medios de transporte, éstos se restituirán en el estado en que se encuentren. Si no prosperare el recurso de reposición y estuviere ejecutoriada la Resolución del Gobierno, Intendente o Comisario, no podrá aplicarse la revocación directa o rogada sin previo concepto del Ministro de Gobierno.
