ARTICULO 312 . Investigación previa realizada por iniciativa propia . En los casos de flagrancia y en el lugar de los hechos, los servidores públicos que ejerzan funciones de policía judicial podrán ordenar y practicar pruebas sin que se requiera providencia previa.
