El Ministro de Obras Públicas podrá celebrar contratos para utilizar determinados productos de los bosques nacionales, ó para el corte de Maderas en ellos, y fijará prudencialmente el precio anual que los concesionarios deben pagar á la Nación, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del producto que van á utilizar, sin perjuicio de cualesquiera derechos anteriores de colonos ó adjudicatarios conforme á las leyes.
