ARTICULO 82. Prescripción de delito cometido por empleado oficial. El término de prescripción señalado en el Artículo 80 se aumentará en una tercera parte, sin exceder el máximo allí fijado, si el delito fuere cometido en el país por empleado oficial en ejercicio de sus funciones o de su cargo o con ocasión de ellos.
