º. Los estudiantes que disfruten del beneficio de divisas extranjeras por el mercado de certificados de cambio o del mercado de capitales, deberán: 1º. Ser estudiantes de tiempo completo. 2º. Firmar un contrato por el cual se comprometan a regresar al país cuando terminen sus estudios y prestar sus servicios en territorio colombiano.
