El proceso de elección de un nuevo Consejo Distrital o Municipal de Juventud para el período inmediatamente siguiente, se realizará, como mínimo, con sesenta (60) días de anticipación al vencimiento del término para el cual fue elegido el Consejo que se encuentra en ejercicio.
