Estudios. La Autoridad Ambiental competente practicará estudios cuando menos sobre los aspectos contemplados por el artículo 2.2.3.2.13.4 de este Decreto, y con base en ellos hará la reserva respectiva.

Cuando la reserva sea declarada para restaurar la calidad de las aguas o para realizar los estudios previstos en el punto c) del artículo 2.2.3.2.13.13 de este Decreto, una vez cumplido el objetivo se podrá levantar la reserva.
