Con el fin de impedir la utilización del agua para consumo humano y doméstico en los términos del artículo 30 de este Decreto cuando quiera que no se cumplan los requerimientos de los artículos 38, 39 y 52 de la misma norma, la autoridad competente deberá imponer las medidas de seguridad que considere aplicables en cada caso.
